Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Sehaab Service F.Z.E ("we," "us," "our"), a Free Zone Establishment (Limited Liability) registered with the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial Registry No. 56080, holding an E-Commerce License (Establishment Card No. 211186/6), registered address Office C1, 1st Floor, SF7892, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Sehaab website, mobile app, and booking platform (the "Platform"). It's part of our Privacy Policy and should be read alongside it. Contact us about cookies at support@sehaab.net or +971 50 293 6375.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information about your visit, like your language preference or whether you're signed in. We also use similar technologies (like browser local storage) for the same purposes.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary — required for the Platform to function: keeping you signed in, remembering items in an active booking flow, and security/fraud-prevention measures (for example, rate-limiting repeated login or verification attempts). These can't be switched off, because the Platform can't work without them.
Functional — remember your choices, such as your selected language (English/Arabic) and display preferences, so you don't have to reset them on every visit.
Analytics — help us understand how the Platform is used (which pages are visited, general usage patterns) so we can find and fix problems and improve the booking experience. We use aggregated or pseudonymous data for this wherever possible.
Payment processor cookies — when you enter card details, our payment processor's secure hosted fields may set their own cookies as part of fraud detection and PCI-compliant payment processing. We don't control these directly; see the processor's own cookie/privacy disclosures.
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or to sell your data.
3. How long cookies last
Some cookies are session cookies and are deleted automatically when you close your browser (for example, your signed-in session). Others are persistent cookies that remain on your device for a set period (for example, remembering your language preference) until they expire or you delete them.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will likely prevent parts of the Platform — like signing in or completing a booking — from working correctly. Where required by law, we'll ask for your consent to non-essential cookies (functional/analytics) before setting them, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser settings.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
