Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Who we are
Sehaab ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Sehaab Service F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment (Limited Liability) registered with the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial Registry No. 56080, holding an E-Commerce License (Establishment Card No. 211186/6). Our registered address is Office C1, 1st Floor, SF7892, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at support@sehaab.net or +971 50 293 6375.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sehaab website, mobile app, and booking platform (together, the "Platform") and any flight, hotel, or other travel product you book through it (a "Booking"). By creating an account, browsing, or making a Booking, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
2. Who can use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a Booking on your own behalf. If you book for other travelers (e.g., family members), you confirm you have their authority to do so and that you'll pass on the relevant terms (fare rules, this document, our Privacy Policy) to them.
3. What Sehaab is — and isn't
Sehaab is a technology platform, not a travel agency and not a tour operator. We provide the software marketplace that lets you search, compare, and pay for travel products offered by independent third-party airlines, hotels, and other providers ("Suppliers"). We are not a party to the travel contract itself: Suppliers — not Sehaab — are the ones actually providing your flight, hotel, or other travel service, and their own terms, fare rules, and conditions apply to that service (baggage allowance, check-in requirements, cancellation rules, etc.). Sehaab does not act as your travel agent or as the Supplier's agent, and does not hold itself out as a licensed travel agency or tour operator. We'll show you the relevant Supplier terms where we can, but you're responsible for reviewing them before you book.
This distinction matters for how disputes about the actual travel service (a delayed flight, a hotel room not matching its listing, a Supplier's own cancellation fee, etc.) are handled: those are matters between you and the Supplier. Sehaab's role — and responsibility — is the platform: accurate display of the Supplier's offer, secure payment processing, and passing your booking details to the Supplier correctly.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@sehaab.net if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Pricing, payment, and booking confirmation
- Prices shown during search are quotes from live Supplier availability and can change or expire before you complete checkout. We re-verify the price against the Supplier's current offer at the moment you confirm your Booking — if it no longer matches what you were quoted, we'll tell you before charging you, not after.
- We accept credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay (currently processed via card payment) through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — it's tokenized directly with our payment processor.
- Every customer Booking requires a one-time verification code sent to your email or phone before payment is finalized, in addition to any payment authentication your card issuer requires.
- A Booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation with a booking number and (where applicable) a PNR. If your card is declined, your Booking is not confirmed — we keep a record of the attempt, but no charge is made and no travel service is reserved.
6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation, date-change, and refund terms are set out in our separate [Refund and Cancellation Policy](/refund-policy), which forms part of these Terms. In short: refund and cancellation requests go through a manual review process before any money is returned, and are always subject to the applicable Supplier's own fare/cancellation rules.
7. Your conduct
You agree not to: provide false information when booking (including passenger identity or passport details); use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent our security, rate limits, or fraud controls; or resell Bookings made through the Platform in a way that violates Supplier terms.
8. Our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the Platform is provided "as is"; we are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures by Suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.), which are outside our control; and our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us for the Booking giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where required by law, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone Authority. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your home country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
